岗位职责

1、Plan and drive end-to-end localization for multiple games — from

gathering, strategy development, and scheduling to execution translation, voice-over, and LQA for both in-game and marketing assets— ensuring localized releases meet both quality and cost targets. Proactively engage with business and localization stakeholders, gain a deep understanding of their pain points, and propose effective localization solutions. Collaborate closely with localization leads, language specialists, and vendors to achieve project localization goals. Proactively manage project scope, schedule, and changes; identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Apply various tools and AI capabilities across the localization workflow to improve delivery efficiency and quality. Run retrospectives, capture lessons learned, share best practices, and continuously optimize localization processes and standards.

岗位要求

1、Fluent in English, with a bachelor's degree or above in foreign languages, localization, or a related field.

2、Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with high initiative, self-motivation, and a sense of mission.

3、3+ years of relevant experience; experience managing projects at a multinational company is preferred.

4、Experience in the game localization industry is preferred.

5、Familiarity with localization tools and the ability to use the latest LLM technologies to solve real-world problems is preferred.
